Terms of Use

1. Accounts

• Accounts are created by a parent or teacher (“guardian”) aged 18 or over. The guardian is responsible for the children's profiles they create and for keeping login codes and PINs safe.
• A teacher adding students confirms they have the permission of each student's parent.
• Don't share accounts outside your family or class, misuse the service, or try to access other people's data.

2. Free Preview and Paid Plans

• Every child can use a free preview with limited daily activities and tests.
• Paid plans are bought per child for their class (and stream in Classes 11–12) or for a competitive add-on, monthly or yearly, through Google Play.
• Free trial: eligible new subscribers get 7 days free. You're charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
• Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in Google Play. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policies.
• Prices may change; Google Play will tell you before a new price applies to your subscription.
• A plan covers the class, board and stream it was bought for. If your child changes class or stream, a different plan may apply.

3. Content

Lessons, questions, explanations and mock tests are prepared carefully to follow the published syllabi, but they are practice material, not official board papers. We don't guarantee particular exam results. Board and exam names (CBSE, JEE, NEET, CUET, CLAT, CA Foundation and state boards) are used only to describe the syllabus covered; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by these bodies.

The app, its content and design belong to Lena Snappyapps Technologies (OPC) Private Limited. You may use them for personal or classroom study only.

4. Availability

We work to keep the service available and to improve it, and may update, add or remove features and content. We're not liable for interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

5. Ending Your Account

You can delete your account at any time (see how). We may suspend accounts that break these terms. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription — cancel it in Google Play.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
