Delete your ExamPrep account

ExamPrep (com.snappyapps.examprep) is published by Lena Snappyapps Technologies (OPC) Private Limited. You can delete your account and all your children's data at any time, from the app or from this page.

  • Deleting your account doesn't stop Google Play billing. Open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → ExamPrep → Cancel.

In the app (fastest)

  1. Open ExamPrep and sign in as the parent or teacher.
  2. Tap the account icon (top right) to open Account.
  3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

To remove just one child instead: Students tab → the ⋮ menu on the child's card → Remove.

Without the app

Email privacy@snappyapps.in from the email address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my ExamPrep account”. We'll confirm and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Your account (name, email, sign-in).
  • All your children's profiles, login codes, PINs, activity, scores, streaks, badges and goals.
  • Your subscription records and billing history in the app.

Anonymous class averages that no longer identify anyone may remain. Google Play keeps its own purchase records under Google's policies.
