Delete your Lena's Brain Trainer account

Do I have an account?

Only if you signed in (with Google, or with an email and password), which is needed for Premium. Your scores, streaks and badges are never stored on our servers. They live on your phone. To clear them, use Settings → Reset progress in the App, or uninstall it.

In the app (fastest)

• Open Lena's Brain Trainer and go to Settings → Account & Premium → Delete account.
• Confirm. Your account and Premium records are deleted from our servers immediately and you are signed out.

Without the app

Email privacy@snappyapps.in from the email address you signed in with (Google or email account), with the subject "Delete my Lena's Brain Trainer account". We will delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Deleted: your account (name, email address, password hash for email accounts, account ID), your Premium status, and the purchase links stored for your account.
• On your phone: your name and progress were never on our servers, so deleting your account doesn't remove them. Use Settings → Reset progress, or uninstall the App.
• Not affected: your Google account itself (if you used Google sign-in), and any Google Play subscription. Cancel that first in the Google Play Store (Payments & subscriptions), because deleting your account does not stop billing.
• Retention: Google Play keeps its own purchase records (required for payments and tax). We keep nothing else. Google may hold encrypted backups for a short period under its standard schedule.
