1. Description of Service

Lena Astrology is a Vedic astrology platform available on Android that provides personalised horoscopes, Panchangam (Vedic almanac information), Muhurta calculations (auspicious timing guidance), and AI-powered astrological guidance based on the birth details you provide.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the App. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you may only use the App with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. The App is not intended for use by children under 13.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account using your name, email address, and phone number. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Lena Astrology is free to download and use, with optional in-app purchases available for additional reports and extended readings. All purchases are processed through Google Play Billing and are subject to Google Play's own terms and refund policies. Prices may vary by region and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as displayed at the time of purchase. Except as required by law or Google Play's refund policy, in-app purchases are non-refundable.

5. Astrological Content Disclaimer

All horoscopes, Panchangam data, Muhurta calculations, and other astrological content provided through the App are offered for informational, spiritual, and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute, and should not be relied upon as, professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice.

You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on content provided by the App. We recommend consulting an appropriately qualified professional before making significant medical, legal, financial, or personal decisions.

6. AI-Generated Content

Guidance generated in response to your questions is produced using a third-party artificial intelligence service. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or occasionally inconsistent with traditional astrological interpretation, and is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranty of accuracy or reliability. It is not reviewed by a human astrologer before being shown to you unless expressly stated otherwise within the App.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
• attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App, except where permitted by law;
• interfere with or disrupt the App's operation, servers, or networks;
• use automated means to access or scrape the App without our prior written consent;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and underlying software, is owned by or licensed to Lena Snappyapps Technologies (OPC) Private Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the App as intended, no rights are granted to you in our intellectual property.

9. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services, including cloud hosting, a third-party AI provider for astrological guidance, and Google Play for billing and distribution. Your use of these components may also be subject to the relevant third party's own terms and policies, over which we do not have control.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that harms the App, other users, or us. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any astrological calculation or AI-generated content will be accurate or complete.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lena Snappyapps Technologies (OPC) Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lena Snappyapps Technologies (OPC) Private Limited, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the App or your violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Your continued use of the App after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
