Privacy Policy

1. Information Kept on Your Device

Everything you create in the App stays in the App's private storage on your phone:

• Project details — project names, plot measurements and shape, road sides and widths, setbacks and the building rules you choose.
• Requirements — the rooms, floors and preferences you ask for.
• Floor plans — generated and edited plans, including rooms, walls, doors and windows.
• Settings — units, appearance and whether the chat assistant is on.

Floor plans are generated and checked on your device; we do not receive them. When you export a plan (for example as a PDF or image) and share it, it goes only to the app or person you choose.

If you have Android backup turned on, Android may include the App's data in your device backup with Google, under your Google account settings and Google's privacy policy. We cannot access those backups.

2. The Chat Assistant

The App can understand plain-language requests such as "3BHK, east facing, G+1 with a pooja room" or "make the second bedroom a bit bigger". This assistant is optional and can be switched off at any time in Settings → Chat assistant. When it is off, or when you are offline, the App uses simpler on-device understanding and nothing is sent.

What is sent

• The text you type into the "Describe your house" box or the editor's instruction box (up to 600 characters).
• For editing requests, the names of the rooms on the floor you are editing (for example "Bedroom 2", "Kitchen"), so the assistant knows which room you mean.

Your plot measurements, floor plans, project names and settings are not sent. Please do not type personal information such as phone numbers or addresses into the assistant; it is not needed.

How it is processed

The text travels over an encrypted connection to our server function on Google Cloud (Mumbai region), which passes it to Google's Gemini model on Vertex AI. The model returns only structured settings (such as "3 bedrooms, 2 floors"); your plan is still drawn on your device. We do not store the text. Our server logs record only technical details of each request — the type of request, whether it was understood, which settings were filled, how long it took and the message length — never the text itself.

Google processes the text as our cloud provider under the Google Cloud terms. Under those terms Google does not use it to train its AI models; Google may keep it briefly (for example, cached for up to 24 hours) and may log it to detect abuse of its services.

3. Technical Information

To keep the assistant from being misused, requests to our server are verified with Google's Firebase App Check and Play Integrity, which confirm that a request comes from a genuine copy of the App on a genuine device. As part of this, the following are processed:

• An app-installation identifier generated by Firebase (it does not identify you or your physical device).
• An integrity token from Google Play, basic device and app version information, and the IP address the request comes from.

This is used only for security and fraud prevention and to operate the assistant. The App does not use advertising identifiers, analytics or crash-reporting services, and does not request location, contacts, camera, microphone or storage permissions.

4. How Information Is Shared

• Service providers — Google (Firebase, Google Cloud and Vertex AI) processes the assistant text and technical information described above, only to provide these services to us.
• Legal requirements — where required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process or a valid governmental request.
• Business transfers — if Lena Snappyapps Technologies (OPC) Private Limited is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Policy or a materially similar one.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

5. Retention & Security

Data on your device stays until you delete the project, clear the App's data or uninstall the App. Assistant text is not retained by us after your request is answered. Server logs containing only the technical details described in Section 2 are kept for up to 30 days by default and then deleted automatically.

All communication with our server is encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we use Google Cloud's standard safeguards and keep the data we process to a minimum.

6. Your Choices & Rights

• Turn off the assistant — Settings → Chat assistant. Nothing is sent while it is off.
• Delete your data — delete projects in the App, or clear the App's data or uninstall it to remove everything stored on your device. Because we do not keep your plans or messages, there is no account or server copy to delete.
• Questions and requests — you may contact us about access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent under applicable Indian data protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

7. Children's Privacy

Lena BhuPlan is intended for adults planning a home and is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact privacy@snappyapps.in.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App or our practices change, or for legal or regulatory reasons. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, give notice in the App or on this page.

Floor plans produced by the App are a planning aid and not approved drawings. Always confirm setbacks, FSI and structural design with your local planning authority and a licensed professional.
